    VENDOR APPLICATIONS Important Information for Vendors Vendors should note that for 2024 the Festival will take place inside Memorial Park, north and south of Burkholder. There will be no Vendor Booths on Park Drive. There may not be any vehicular access to booths. Vendor parking will be available nearby and vendors should come prepared to move all materials in and out by hand. Fees ​ Charities - $50 per day for 1 booth; $150 per day for additional booths Crafters - $150 per day per booth Businesses - $300 per day per booth Food Vendors - $1250 for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) Power - $50 per day per outlet (Food Vendors only - you will need to provide your own cords) ​ Applications will be accepted until April 15, 2024 or until the Festival is full. Registration fees must be paid in order to reserve your place. No refunds will be provided. The Whitchurch-Stouffville Strawberry Festival is more than a family-fun event, it's a festival that draws members of our community together over a 10-month period of planning and organization and we need YOU to join our Festival Family. The Whitchurch-Stouffville Strawberry Festival is run by a team of volunteers. We welcome new members to our Festival Committee so come join us and be a part of a great experience and amazing event!   • GO GREEN | Strawberry Festival

    The Strawberry Festival is striving to go green! Visitors Look for our Waste Stations located around the food vendor areas. There are bins for recycling, food waste/organics and regular waste. Quench your thirst with free, unlimited water from our two Water Stations located in the food vendor area. Bring reusable water bottles, food containers, cutlery, and bags and maximize your waste reduction! Vendors: Join our Green Vendor Program and receive additional promotion and recognition Food Vendors are eligible for a discount on registration fees! Help us reduce our waste footprint by using alternatives to single-use plastics, and by complying with our ‘no balloons’ policy. Take advantage of our 3-stream (recycling, organics, and garbage) disposal options, so food waste, cardboard boxes, and other recyclables can be properly collected.   • SPELLING BEE | Strawberry-Festival

    Join us at the Strawberry Festival for our super spelling bee! Children will compete to determine the winner in this spelling showdown. This program will be held in the bandshell at Memorial Park. There are two registration categories: one for children aged 7-10 and one for children aged 11-13. This program is free to register.     Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions. ADMISSION - There is no cost to attend the festival. All events and activities are free of charge. There will be plenty of opportunities to support our local vendors. ​ ACCESSIBLE PARKING is available. ​ ACCESSIBLE WASHROOMS are available at the same locations as the portable washrooms. ​ POS DEVICES FOR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT PAYMENT are available at The Red Berry Cafe, The souvenir Shop and The Festival Pub. Individual vendor may offer POS devices at their discretion. ​ DRINKING WATER - In an effort to reduce single-use plastics, the Strawberry Festival discourages the sale of bottled water. We have water stations available for you to refill your reusable water bottle at no charge. If you forget to bring your bottle, you may purchase one at the Information Booth. ​ LOCATION - The festival takes place in and around Memorial Park, Stouffville, located on Park Drive between Main Street and Hoover Park Drive. PARKING is available at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Leisure Centre located at 2 Park Drive as well as the side streets around town. ​ DOGS are welcome at the festival. They must be on a leash and you must clean up after them. Pets are also welcome except inside the tent areas or any indoor areas. If it's a hot day, your pet might be more comfortable left at home. Whatever you decide, remember it is never ok to leave a pet unattended in a car.
