2026 VENDOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Please note that vendor classifications have changed for 2026. Please review the descriptions below to find out which category you fall under before applying.
1. Crafters
Crafters are individual creators selling handmade, original, or custom-designed items. Examples include:
-
Handmade jewelry, pottery, textiles, or art created by the vendor
-
Personalized or custom goods
-
Upcycled or repurposed handmade products

2. Non-Profit Organizations
Non-profit organizations are CRA-registered charities or organizations that have a valid Non-profit number.
-
To support an inclusive environment for all attendees, we ask that faith-based organizations remain neutral in their engagement and outreach at Strawberry Festival.
-
Faith-based organizations are welcome to participate within the Non-Profit vendor category; however, preaching, promotion, or distribution of faith-based materials is not permitted. Fundraising through the sale of non-faith-based products is permitted.
-
Please also note that if your organization would be selling food products for fundraising purposes, you must apply as a Food Vendor.

3. Service-Based Business Vendors
-
Business Vendors are service-based as opposed to product based. This category typically includes businesses that do not sell tangible items on-site (e.g., real estate agencies, dental/medical offices, fitness studios, sport organizations, or other professional services).
4. Food Vendors
Vendors selling food or beverages are placed into one of two categories:
-
Food Vendors: Food vendors prepare and serve food and beverages on-site, for on-site consumption.
-
Pre-Packaged Food Vendors: Sell pre-packaged or take-home food products that are not prepared on-site (e.g., pre-made jams, sauces, baked goods).
