THE WHITCHURCH-STOUFFVILLE STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL IS PROUD TO HOST THE 2024 PEOPLE OF THE YEAR AWARDS! Do you know someone who should be honoured as the Citizen of the Year or the Sportsperson of the Year? The Whitchurch-Stouffville Strawberry Festival is currently accepting nominations for these prestigious annual awards. Winners will be recognized during the Opening Ceremonies of the Stouffville Strawberry Festival on Friday, June 28th , 2024. 2024 Citizen of the Year ​ Criteria: ​ The nominee must be a resident of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville The nominee’s recognition will be based on their positive contributions to the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and its people. Groups of individuals, service groups and other interest groups are eligible for this award. ​ Nominate Citizen of the Year 2024 Sports Person of the Year ​ Criteria: ​ The nominee must be a resident of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville The nominee’s recognition will be based on their positive contributions to sport and /or athletic pursuits in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.
